• All-purpose knife, 13 cm blade – as the name says, can be used for all purposes
• Meat knife, 21 cm blade – ideal for cutting and filleting meat and fish
• Bread knife, 21 cm blade – easily cuts even the crustiest bread
• Chef’s knife – 17.5 cm blade – ideal for preparation work and processing meat and poultry; the holes ensure food does not stick.

The knife handles are made from easy-care plastic with a wooden appearance. All knives can be kept clearly arranged, safe and to hand in the solid bamboo knife block, so the knives cannot scratch or get blunted.

For gentle cleaning, we recommend washing by hand.
