The “FlammEx” ladder can be used out of a window or from a balcony up to a height of 5 metres.

The ladder is made of hot-galvanised steel rope and sturdy aluminium rungs.  It won’t burn and doesn't need to be maintained.  It is stored so it can be used quickly in an emergency.

The ladder has universal steel hooks which will enable you to fasten it quickly.

The ladder hardly takes up any storage space, it will fit in a bag.

The rungs take a weight of 150 kg and the ladder takes a weight of up to 300 kg.
